These work best read aloud rather than solved alone, which is why we built them as printable sheets: hand one over, or read the clues down the phone, and let the guessing happen out loud.
One thing worth knowing before you pick a sheet: the year is in the file name, in the document title your reader may show at the top of the window, and again on the answer page. That is deliberate — the person printing usually isn’t the person playing, so you can choose the year you want. It does mean that whoever opens the file may see the answer before the clues, so print it, or open it out of sight, rather than handing over the screen.

It prints on a single A4 page, so there's nothing to scale or resize before you send it to the printer.
Can I use these in a care home or memory café?
Yes. Each sheet stands on its own, so you can run a single year in a short session or work through a whole decade at once, and there's no timer or clock printed on the page.
The clues are printed in large type, one at a time down the page, in plain wording and on everyday, familiar subjects — hardest first and easiest last, so a session builds gently rather than opening on the hardest clue.
